Thruway Exit 30 at Herkimer, south on State Highway 28 to Cooperstown to Route 31 (East Lake Road), left on Lippitt Development Road to veer Left on Memory Lane. Stay to the right as you head down the hill toward the lake.

OR: from Exit 29, south on State Highway 80, south to Cooperstown to Route 31 (East Lake Road), left on Lippitt Development Road to veer Left on Memory Lane. Stay to the right as you head down the hill toward the lake.

From the east or north:

Thruway Exit 25A, I-88 to Duanesburg, west on U.S. Highway 20 to Left on Route 31 (East Lake Road), Right on Lippitt Development Road to veer Left on Memory Lane. Stay to the right as you head down the hill toward the lake.

From the south:

I-88 from Binghamton, Exit 17, State Highway 28, north to Cooperstown to Route 31 (East Lake Road), left on Lippitt Development Road to veer Left on Memory Lane. Stay to the right as you head down the hill toward the lake.

From the southeast:

Thruway Exit 21 at Catskill, State Highway 23 west, State Highway 145 north, U.S. Highway 20 west to Left on Route 31 (East Lake Road), Right on Lippitt Development Road to veer Left on Memory Lane. Stay to the right as you head down the hill toward the lake.

OR: Thruway Exit 21, State Highway 23 west, I-88 east, Exit 17, State Highway 28 north to Cooperstown
